CTL-800 model compact cut to length line

It’s a compact high speed fully automatic cut to length line, it has set PIT between decoiler and coil leveler, coil leveler and servo feeder, then it can ensure high speed of Max. 25m/min, suitable for 0.3-2.0mm thickness Max. 800mm width, it can be used to process CR, HR, SS, GI, Aluminum etc.

Brief introduction of each part
1.800 model heavy decoiler with loading car

a)Material max width of 800mm, material width of 0.5-2.5mm. 
b)Gantry type mechanical tailstock arm device. It equips with gantry support arm device, it can hold main shaft’s one end firmly, ensure it has large loading capacity of over 10Tons (refer to following image). Coil was fixed by 4pcs “A” shaft.
c)Press arm device. It was used to press coil surface to prevent coil too loose. 
d)Motorized model. Equipped with 5.5kw motor to payoff strips. Power was transmitted from motor, reducer, chains, spindle etc.
e)Payoff speed: It equips with inverter, payoff speed can be adjusted of 1-25m/min.
f)Loop was control by sensor bar device. When strips touch sensor bar, machine will stop to payoff strips, on the contrary, when strips left the sensor bar, machine will start to payoff strips again. There is sensor wire connecting the sensor bar to the control box.
g)Hydraulic expansion.  The mandrel can expand & contract by hydraulic, saving labor power. Mandrel was expanded and drew back by hydraulic, as machine equipped with hydraulic station and hydraulic cylinder.
h)10T loading car. It was used to load, carry, lift and install coils on decoiler’s mandrel automatically. Vertical movement driven by hydraulic cylinder, horizontal movement driven by hydraulic motor.

2.800 model precision precision four high coil leveler
a)It adopt 4-high leveling roller layer structure, equipping with 19pcs×φ42mm leveling rollers(upper 9pcs/lower 10pcs), moreover, there are several columns of backup rollers set both upper and lower leveling roller set. 
b)Leveling capacity of 0.4-3.5mm thickness, material can be CR, HR, SS, GI, Aluminum, Brass etc. Max. width comes 800mm 
c)The leveling part adopt manual adjustment, At the guidance of digital display, operator can crank the two hand wheels to adjust leveler’s straightening performance. 
d)It adopts GCr15 for all leveling rollers and backup rollers, finished quenching and tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC60±2°(chrome layer thickness ≥0.1mm)
e)All gears adopt material of 20CrMnTi, finished forging, tempering, surface carburization, precious grinding etc. coming to grade IT6.
f)Main bearings are Shielded and sealed NSK bearing made in JAPAN, it can well reserve itself stocked lubrication oil and prevent dust enters, so it doesn’t need to add lubrication oil on bearings.
g)Manual adjust leveling roller gap: At the guidance of digital display, operator can crank the two hand wheels to adjust leveler’s straightening performance.

3.800 model servo feeder with hydraulic shear
It combined servo feeder and hydraulic shear.

3.1For servo feeder part
a)It was driven by 2.9KW YASKAWA servo motor and servo driver, controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC and WEINVIEW HMI.
b)It equips with measure roller device. It was mainly used to measure the feeding length and modify feeding tolerance. For example, the feeding length we sent 800mm in the HMI, PLC give signal to servo motor and driven feeding roller feed strips forwards, the feeding roller will stop after feeding 800mm and measure roller measure actual feeding length, if feeding length has error, it can give signal to PLC to modify the feeding error, so it can ensure machine has precious feeding accuracy (please refer to the following image).

3.2For Hydraulic shear part
a)It was driven by 2 set hydraulic cylinders, cut from up to down which was provided oil source by hydraulic station.

c)Cut thickness range: 0.3-2.0mm
d)Cut speed: Max. 25SPM
