Optional part
3.1 Inverter device.
If add frequency converter/inverter from MITSUBISHI in the control box, machine’s running speed is adjustable, varies from 1-15m/min. Further more, it can also well protect the motor.
3.2 Press arm device.
It was used to press coil on surface firmly preventing coil getting too loose.
3.3 Mandrel hydraulic expansion device.
It was used to automatically expand and contract the mandrel, so as to coil can be fixed on decoiler’s mandrel automatically. It was made up of hydraulic station and hydraulic cylinder etc.
