For metal work-pieces getting out of shape after process of CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping etc. Why do they get out of shape? As it was destroyed inner stress balance for processed part area such as CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping etc. How to solve this problem and make the work-piece flat once again? It can be processed by the precision metal plate leveling machine. 

It’s based on “Bauschinger effect”, metal sheet was repeatedly twisted to make metal fiber gradually consistent, eliminate internal stress, restore and improve the flatness of work-pieces. So as to get ready for the subsequent process such as bending, welding and other processing procedures.

If material is thicker and stronger in yield strength, it should adopt larger and stronger leveling rollers, on the contrary, if material is thinner and weak in yield strength such as Aluminum, brass etc. it should adopt thinner leveling rollers and increase leveling roller quantity.
 
Machine main features:
● It equips with 19pcs×φ100mm leveling rollers (upper 9pcs/lower 10pcs), moreover, it also equips with backup roller sets both upper and lower leveling rollers which were used to support leveling rollers. The stagger arranged backup rollers ensure leveling rollers bearing heavy pressure in balance without bending deformation, keeping the whole equipment have enough rigidity and make the leveling rollers have enough leveling capacity especially for thick and high tensile material.

● It adopts GCr15 for all leveling rollers and backup rollers, finished quenching and tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC60±2°(chrome layer thickness ≥0.1mm)

● All gears adopt material of 20CrMnTi, finished forging, tempering, surface carburization, precious grinding etc. coming to grade IT6.

● Main bearings are Shielded and sealed NSK bearing made in JAPAN, it can well reserve itself stocked lubrication oil and prevent dust enters, so it doesn’t need to add lubrication oil on bearings.

● Electric adjust: It adopts servo motor driving to adjust leveling roller gap, so it’s convenient to adjust leveling performance by setting data in HMI, setting accuracy comes 0.01mm.

● By balancing internal stress, restoring and improving metal parts flatness, flatness accuracy can reach micron grade, then it can provide qualified work-pieces for next process step of bending, welding etc.
