Sheet metal parts are widely used in daily life and industrial products. Metal parts can be produced in large quantity by punch machine and stamping dies. But it may get curved or out of shape after stamped causing it’s over required product surface flat accuracy. It may affect subsequent process of welding, assembly etc. if don’t make the plate surface to be flat.

The following article will introduce some our models of precision leveling machines, different models are suitable for different material thickness, width, material type etc. For example, for thinner material, it should adopt thinner leveling rollers with smaller central distance for neighboring two rollers. For thicker and larger size material, it should adopt larger and stronger leveling rollers, moreover, it will equip with more columns of backup roller sets for bigger models. Such as JZ12-S, JZ20-S, JZ32-S, JZ42-S, JZ60-S, JZ80-S etc. (The numbers mean leveling roller diameter, “S” means by manual to adjust leveling roller gap), JZ30-Z, JZ40-Z, JZ50-Z, JZ60-Z, JZ80-Z, JZ100-Z, JZ120-Z etc. (The numbers mean leveling roller diameter, “Z” means electrically to adjust leveling roller gap).
Working principle of the metal plate leveling machines.
It equips with a number of staggering arranged leveling rollers in multi-layers, then based on "Bauschinger effect", when metal plates go through the leveling machine, metal parts were repeatedly twisted to make metal fiber gradually consistent, eliminate internal stress, restore and improve the flatness.
Machine main feature 
a)It's four-high roller level precious leveling machine, there are both backup roller column (support assistant roller column) arranged upper and lower leveling roller set. All support roller adopts roller bearings made in JAPAN. There are 6 columns backup rollers uniformly distributed upper and lower leveling roller sets, making leveling rollers bears pressure in balance.
b)It equips with 19pcs×φ42mm leveling rollers (upper 9pcs/lower 10pcs), finished quenching and tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC60±2° (chrome layer thickness ≥0.1mm)
c)All gears adopt material of 20CrMnTi, finished forging, tempering, surface carburization, precious grinding etc. coming to grade IT6.
d)Main shaft bearings are shielded and sealed NSK bearing made in JAPAN with accuracy within 5μ, it can well reserve itself stocked lubrication oil and prevent dust enters, so it doesn’t need to add lubrication oil on bearings.
e)It equips with motorized PVC type conveyor belt both entrance and exit, so as to it’s convenient to carry work-pieces in and out of leveling machine.
f)Manual adjust leveling roller gap: At the guidance of digital display, operator can crank the two hand wheels to adjust leveler’s straightening performance.
