We are glad to introduce our heavy duty steel parts leveling machine which adopt 4 high type (2 layer leveling roller sets+ 2 layer backup roller sets).
It can process and flat all kinds of laser cut, plasma machining, stamped and perforated metal plates etc. It comes 0.1-1.0mm leveling accuracy based on metal part material, size, thickness, metal plate process etc.

1).For leveling rollers and backup rollers.
It adopted material of GCr15 for leveling rollers finished tempering and quenching, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC58-62°.
It adopted material of 40Cr for backup rollers finished tempering and quenching, medium frequency quenching, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface harness comes HRC48-53°, meanwhile, it was embedded heavy duty antifriction bearings.

2). For power transmission method.
It adopts full leveling rollers driven method: each leveling roller end connected to gear box via universal transmission shaft, gear box was driven by 3 phase AC motor with speed reducer. It has advantages: heavy duty type transmission, powerful torque transmission, stable, no transmission noise, easy to maintenance and durable etc. of full leveling rollers driven method.
For gear box: it adopts material of 20CrMnTi for all the gears, finished forging, tempering, surface carburization, precious grinding etc. coming to grade IT6.

3). Process of suppoprt base and upper slide steel base
It adopted housing type support base which was well welded by Q355 steel plates in upright and transverse structure so as to ensure it’s strong enough and stable of the support base. Moreover, it finished draw temper to clear inner stress after welding, enhancing the stability, rigidity and anti-twisting of the support base.
Manufacturing process: laser cutting steel plates→machining groove in the plates→welding→drawing temper of the whole base→boring and milling.

4). Electric to adjust leveling roller gap.
It equips with 4 set servo motor+ speed reducer+ worm-gear device to drive upper slide steel base in vertical movement.It equips with SIEMENS PLC, SIEMENS HMI, DELTA servo motor+ DELTA servo driver for electric adjusting leveling roller gap, DELTA inverter for main motor. Just need to set leveling data in the SIEMENS HMI’s main page, then it can automatically adjust leveling roller gap, very intelligent and easy to operate.
Main page can swtich between English and Chinese (also can make buyer’s local language), moreover, it has function of save and read producing main parameters, such as leveling gap set data, part No. data etc. It can call back these data after save them in the HMI, so don’t need to putin these data and adjust machine’s leveling accuracy for the same work-pieces once again, very convenient and intelligent. It can save 100 groups data also can be customized as the buyer’s requirements.

5) Overload protection function.
It has function of overload protect function. It can give alarm and stop machine immediately as soon as it overloads, so as to it can well protect the leveling machine and preventing cause any damage.
