Usage:  It can be used to process laser-cut parts, punched parts, plasma-cut parts, perforated sheets, precious metal and high-strength steel sheets etc.
Features:
Drive mode: direct drive or all-drive. It can be driven by AC motor with speed reducer+ gear box+ transmission shafts via universal joints.
According to material type, metal part size, thickness. Metal parts treatment etc., it has small model, middle model and large model. For thin material, it equips with thinner leveling rollers, on the contrary, it equips with larger and stronger leveling rollers for high tensile, thicker and wider material.
It adopts GCr15 solid bearing steel for all leveling rollers and backup rollers, finished quenching and tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Surface hardness comes HRC60±2° (chrome layer thickness ≥0.1mm)
Main shaft bearings are shielded and sealed NSK bearing made in JAPAN with accuracy within 5μ, it can well reserve itself stocked lubrication oil and prevent dust enters, so it doesn’t need to add lubrication oil on bearings.
It can be manual adjusting leveling roller gap or electric adjusting leveling roller gap.
Manual adjust leveling roller gap: At the guidance of digital display, operator can crank the two hand wheels to adjust leveler’s straightening performance. Electric to adjust leveling roller gap. It equips with SIEMENS PLC, SIEMENS HMI, DELTA servo motor+ DELTA servo driver for electric adjusting leveling roller gap, DELTA inverter for main motor. Just need to set leveling data in the SIEMENS HMI’s main page, then it can automatically adjust leveling roller gap, very intelligent and easy to operate.

It also can be added motorized conveyor belts both at entrance and exit, they are used to carry metal part from entrance part and easily entering leveling machine and then carry out metal parts at exit.
