When starting the continuous punching of the punch, it is necessary to rotate the speed adjustment screw of the feeder in a clockwise direction, and the slider moves slightly slower, so that it can be seen whether the nylon gasket and the length fine-tuning screw can be touched when the slider moves back and forth.
Before turning on the power to test the machine, check whether the feeding direction is correct. If the speed of the punch press remains the same and the feeding interval needs to be changed from long to short, first adjust the guide screw up to reduce the landing interval of the floating rod, and then rotate the speed adjustment screw clockwise, so that the feeding can match the punch speed.
Adjust the interval between the feeder and the leveling machine to the feeder. According to the speed of the punching machine and the feeding length of the feeder, adjust the interval properly. The leveled material should be able to enter the feeder and mold smoothly.
