4. When the material coming out of the leveling machine has a wave-like shape, the leveling adjustment hand wheel should be adjusted, (1) the upper leveling roller is raised (2) the pressure of the front and rear rollers is too large, and it must be adjusted appropriately.
5. When the curvature of the material after the leveling machine is still with the two ends down and the middle up, the leveling adjustment handwheel should be adjusted to make the upper leveling roller press down.
6. The leveling adjustment hand wheel should be adjusted to make the leveling roller on the side of the running material go up.
7. When adjusting the leveling roller, it should be noted that the right adjustment handwheel should be adjusted synchronously.
8. In order to achieve the best leveling effect, the leveling roller must be inclined upward from the feeding to the discharging process.
